Our firm specializes in the use of federal and state historic tax credits in the adaptive re-use of significant structures, rezoning for urban infill construction that is sensitive to the surrounding neighborhood characteristics, and larger multi-phase projects that incorporate different housing types with a variety of commercial uses. As a result we also specialize in the condominiumization process. We have developed strong partnerships throughout the public and private sectors in order to achieve our goal of improving the urban environment through responsible development.
To date we have developed over two hundred and fifty million dollars’ worth of projects in Richmond, Petersburg, and Staunton including 1,400 residential dwelling units, 20 office spaces, 49 hotel keys, and several commercial projects.
