With over 20 years of experience in construction and property management, Jay Austin is a third-generation project manager. He joined Miller & Associates in 2015, where he initially assisted with property management for our sister company, Monroe Properties. Over the years, Jay has expanded his focus to managing a wide range of development projects throughout the Staunton area. His expertise spans all phases of development, from planning to construction management, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards. Jay’s hands-on leadership and ability to navigate complex development challenges have made him a key member of the Miller & Associates team.
