Chief Operating Officer

An ’89 graduate of the College of William and Mary, Chris joined the Miller & Associates team in June 2001 after earning his Masters of Business Administration with real estate concentration from Virginia Commonwealth University. A licensed real estate broker, he founded Blake Realty Company, Inc. in 1994 where he focused his efforts on providing sales and marketing duties for one of the area’s leading home builders. His new construction background includes several years of experience in the field working closely with subcontractors and customers as a project manager. Currently, Chris’ responsibilities include managing day-to-day development operations and sales functions in Richmond, Petersburg, and Staunton, Virginia.
