Jesse White is a Partner at Robin Miller & Associates, where he leads the firm’s efforts to source, underwrite, and execute new development opportunities. His responsibilities span the full life of a deal — acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, financing, and construction management — with a focus on the historic adaptive reuse projects that have defined the firm’s portfolio, which includes more than $45 million in completed historic tax credit renovations across Virginia and North Carolina.

Since joining the firm in 2020, Jesse has worked across every facet of its vertically integrated companies, including property management, leasing, development, and construction — a foundation that informs his hands-on approach to building and operating communities for the long term.

A Richmond native, Jesse earned a degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. He holds real estate salesperson licenses in Virginia and North Carolina and serves on the Board of Directors of the James River Association.
